Our Guarantee

While designated a 'microbreeder' and exempted from the more rigorous standards outlined in the Code of Practice, Floradoodles have adopted several of the standards made mandatory for larger breeders, with a view that all breeders should align to the highest possible expectations.

Where a puppy is returned to Floradoodles within 3 days of sale, for any reason not supported by a statement from a veterinary practitioner, Floradoodles will take back the puppy and refund 75% of the purchase price.

Where a puppy is returned to Floradoodles within 21 days of sale accompanied by a statement from a veterinary practitioner that the animal is unacceptable for health reasons, Floradoodles will take back the puppy and refund 100% of the purchase price.

If a puppy/dog is diagnosed with, suffering from, dies of, or is euthanized from a physical defect or disease that is traceable to the point of sale within 3 years of purchase, Floradoodles will refund 100% of the purchase price where the owner of the animal provides supporting statements from a veterinary practitioner, including test results where a suitable test is available. Owners of the animal must make veterinary reports and test results available to Floradoodles to obtain their own veterinary advice (second opinion) prior to the execution of any return. The Owner remains responsible for any out of pocket expenses incurred over and above the purchase price.

Note

Under the 3-day and 21-day clauses, the owner cannot keep the animal and request a refund.

Under the 3-year clause the owner may choose to keep the animals, but request a refund to help cover veterinary/care costs. In this case, Floradoodles will review all medical expenses and offer reasonable recompense, up to a maximum value of $1000 and only on direct out of pocket veterinary expenses incurred after any insurance claims made by the owner have been processed. We strongly recommend the purchase of pet insurance. We will not reimburse owners for insurance premiums or excess payments.

All payments will be processed within 10 business days to a nominated Australian bank account. Requests for cash refunds will not be accommodated.

The above arrangements are entered into in good faith by the buyer and the breeder, and are void if the dog is on sold or the original purchaser is not the one bringing the claim for relief.
